this shooting/spacing thing is a concern, but its now being way overblown

Niko/Portis are both great looks as stretch 4s

Jimmy can get back to being a 37-38% 3P shooter if he gets proper looks and falls back on hero shots now that Rondo/Wade get him shots

Doug/Valentine are both terrific shooters, straight up. Both are just excellent from deep

Snell is bummy, but shooting from distance hasnt been his issue. Need another 37+% 3P season from him

Hopefully this Zisper cat can give us minutes rigth away and hit high 30s % too - dude has been a 40%+ guy in Europe from deep

If hoiberg can show us he knows how to coach, we can be in the ecf
People underestimate how potent it is to have 2 players that have won rings in the locker room. Add in jimmy coming back twice as good based on his team USA experience (most players come back better after that experience) and I would take that over a lot of eastern conference teams.

But if hoiberg can't coach and loses this locker room early , we in for a long season.

I'm not worried either way because next season we can rondo and get a great replacement.

I really think he will.

His defense will be vital in the world games and coach k will def be using him. He will come back charged up. Most players who play out there come back and have break out seasons. I can see jimmy having a 26 ppg season next season.

So after seeing the issues with the backcourt I say to myself maybe Jimmy Bulter can space it out. I look up his stats and notice hes horrible shooter only 31% with a average of 3 attempts and 1 made per game

I'm like damn let check the roster to see who going to start at PF and Center

Then I see their options are Taj Gibson,Nikola Mirotic and Bobby Portis

You almost have to start Nikola Mirotic since hes the best shooter out the bunch and on the whole team since they traded Mike Dunleavy. Nikola Mirotic shoot a respectable 39% but only on two attempts tho.

And yall got one center Robin Lopez he can't shoot period probably going to have to use Taj Gibson backing up both PF and C

Good insight I can see that happening. Wade was shooting 50% from 3 in the playoff series against the Raptors and was hitting contested shots too at a high rate. Honestly I think that was preview for this season and he going average a low 40% for this upcoming season. That's why I think Dwade is the best player still on the Bulls he Will have a chip on his shoulder because what transpired. Idk how it's going to affect Jimmy moving forward because it sound like he wants to be the guy and doing interviews saying that this is his team.


I still think y'all should add another big with a jumpshot tho

I was looking at the remaining free agents and think Luis Scola would be the best fit as a spacing big who can come in play 5-10 mins off the bench on the veteran minimum
