Not a Bulls fan, you smoking penis if you don’t think Markannen has an incredibly high ceiling tho. They should pull the trigg if they can get AD, id try to keep lauri if possible

I don't think Lauri is an allstar player at C or Pf and he's already showing injury bug, so no I don't he has an "incredibly high" ceiling. So any trade for a potential HOF level player should include Lauri

I think that'll be Dallas Mavericks. Turned the 9th pick last year into success, if they can hit with this top 4 pick this year and land a Bagley, move Dirk to the bench and resign and play Noel. Just like that they're a 50 win team :hmm:

wow, i'm not a big Rose fan myself but this revisionist history is pretty damn ungrateful ...he had an unfortunate injury twice. Prior to that we were well on our way to being annual contenders.
Sounds pretty unlucky to me :umad:

It's not revisionist history to point out a guy was selected before Westbrook, cashed in from the hospital bed while the other is still playing and breaking magic Johnson's records. It's simply facts

The bulls wasted millions on Derrick rose year after year after year. Call that a win if u want

What would have been lucky would have been glancing over him and getting Westbrook.

You gotta be like 12. :skip: How were they wasting money on him? They were MAKING money off of him. DRose’s jersey sales were top 6 in the league for 5 seasons straight. The Bulls lead the league in home game attendance for 6 straight seasons during that time too. He made Reinsdorf’s pockets swole with money :skip:

Drafting Westbrook wasn’t even in the picture, it was between Rose and Michael Beasley. At the time drafting Westbrook #1 would have been a reach like the Cavs drafting Anthony Bennett first.

I'm not saying they knew what Westbrook was going to be. I'm just saying if they did it then THAT would have been lucky. Not selecting the glass man

what are you talking about, the luck was that we had a 1% chance and landed the #1 pick, future mvp, and he took us deep in the playoffs. Who knows what would have happened if we continued picking mid lottery with the team we had. I'll let you eat tho, cuz you have a different perspective on it all.
