Next cut I will add cardio. Didn't do it this time cause I was out of shape and trying to build my cardio up killed my recovery. So I'm doing it now in my bulk, so when I start my cut I will have it to lean on. It's already helping me now to stay lean and eat what I want.

Started last week at 175 lbs, 16%
I'm down to 172.6 lbs.

Cutting for another 10 weeks.
