I dropped 6 lbs in 2 weeks, partially due to being sick 4 of those days and not eating much.if my arms werent so shrink prone, i would cut down below 170:ld:

I cant wait to start bulking :mjcry:

I started at 6'1 207...now im about 169lbs.
I could probably start now...but I want to be absolutely shredded before I start eating how I want

5'10" 154 now, trying to get up to 170-175 by the time I start to cut for summer. :manny:


I'm still pretty lean right now because I've been carb cycling, might go straight dirty bulk later on though

Yall need to chill with hitting body weight goals...... nikkas should be trying to get stronger w/as little weight as possible. I can tell u from experience, cutting from ~20%+ body fat is a bytch :damn: I'm 5'9" and long term don't want to go above 200+ ever again. Really I would just want to hover between like 180-190. I'm in the 190-200 range now but I'm gonna do a shredding cut next spring and hopefully be done w/ big cuts. Dropping 50+ lbs and trying to maintain strength and energy in the gym is a nightmare. Don't do dat!!!
