Creatine water
2 scoops protein

Feeling lethargic. Getting blood tests tomorrow.

Going back to the gym on Monday to hit

heavy (3-5x5)


Mental notes: meal prep is exhausting as shyt and eating is annoying asf

Liquid egg whites are a genius invention :ehh:

2k cals a day - don’t keep track of macros but it’s usually carbs and fats followed by protein.

I rotate this routine everyday it goes Heavy, Stretch, and Pump. Rotate these for a full 7 days.

Heavy - pure strength on everything (3-5x5)

DB bench, decline, incline

Db shoulder press

Power Shrugs

Pull ups and dips

Cable work

Squats, alternate with dead’s every heavy day


Stretch focus on tension/isometric holds (6-8 reps x 5)

Cable work, crossovers, tricep pull downs behind the back pull downs

Cable rows, lat pull downs

Leg press


Pump 20+ reps for 5 sets each focusing on pump

Cable work, barbell upright rows, side laterals front laterals, curls


I’m forgetting a lot of stuff bc once I finish these I usually go for a lot more reps until I’ve hit every body part I wanted that day.

This shyt is definitely hormonal, I’ve never felt weaker especially mentally. I don’t even get pumps like that anymore.

Pretty simple diet, main protein sources are vegan protein, chicken, ground turkey, eggs

Day 2 - still struggling to get this goddamn chicken down. Been sitting in front of this plate for over an hour

going to the park for a jog and then the gym

Day 3 -

Got a sleep schedule back somewhat.

Had a good workout. Saw girl who I think is cute at the gym and I’m starting to get over her. Ass still nice tho :takedat:

Missed a full day of eating (apart from 2 cups of eggs, toast, 4 scoops protein) due to sleep issues + doc appointment - gonna consider it a 24 hour fast and double up with small meals throughout the day tomorrow to get the calories back up.

Workout was okay pump day - still feel kinda exhausted


Eating 2 cups of egg whites in one sitting tho :gag:

Did mild cardio - noticed flab poked out extra hard today bc didn’t get a good sleep

Worked out today, heavy day, had to cut it kinda early so no pic

Also the mfing bench failed on me while I was doing shoulder presses, luckily I was able to maneuver them 80s :sadcam:

Today is my last day of working out until May 31st

I’m doing an MTOR reset I’ve been working out too much.

Still gonna stretch and work on lower body form/mobility so very lightweight squats and deadlift
