Maybe I'm not weak in grip strength my dude so save the useless smilies and step your grip game up. Like I said I don't need straps and most people don't either if they work on their shyt. Ego has nothing to do with it just no need to use straps when your grip strength cool already. If I can't do it without it I'll eventually get there but without straps and its worked pretty well so far so Ye shrug

deadlifts/rack pulls, Underhanded bent over (at 45 degrees) barbell rows pulling to the waist(hands shoulder width apart), T-bar rows, upright rows if they dont bother your shoulder. im not really big on shrugs. imo shrugs arent all that. I would stick with deads and the Yates rows/t bar rows
