They need a better point guard. Whatevers necessary to get a better point guard outside of trading Anthony Davis for obvious reasons; they need to do it.

They take and miss too many 3's and they give up too many 3's
Missed 3's lead to Transition buckets and the open 3's they give up is even worse
The Philosophy on Defense should be to cut off the 3pt line and suck everything into Asik (Anjica should play more) and Davis.
Davis needs to learn how to play in the 1/2 court

So they should trade a guy who you claim is injury prone for another guy who has only played one season and already has TORN HIS ACL?!?!

I think somethin similar to what Portland put around Lamarcus Aldridge the past few years till he bounced....
-Defensive minded center
-2 wing guys who can shoot the 3 to space the floor and also handle the ball a lil and get they own buckets occasionally and play at least above avg D
-a true point guard who can control the tempo and make sure AD get his touches at the right spots on the floor
Not like it's easy to find all that but if you talkin the ideal team around AD that's what I'm goin with
With tyreke , Gordon n jrue injury histories I wouldn't be crazy about keepin any of them but I don't know what kinda trade value you even get for them right now. But i think you gotta move at least one if possible.
Id try and focus on fixing that PG spot first. Asik is ight at Center for now and there's lots of 3 and D wing players you can find. But imagine AD with a real PG like a CP3 in his prime
. It's a PG league and till they get that spot right there's only so far they can go.
