He was at the party and he -- by his own and other accounts -- had (consensual) sexual contact with the accuser. He left well before she was allegedly gang-raped. Just a point of clarity, the way you phrased it can be easily misconstrued.

You appeared to be having fun and that the encounter on the side of the house with Matt, suspect Araiza, was consensual."

Amador also explained to the girl that additional witness testimony alleged that at this period of time, “you were approaching men at the party saying, ‘I want you to [expletive] me and if you don’t [expletive] me you’re a [expletive].”

While the civil lawsuit claimed that right after the Araiza encounter in the side yard the football player led her into the bedroom in the house, the timeline established by authorities was much different. Prosecutors said that “shortly after” being with Araiza, witnesses said the girl again left her group and came back to report she had had sex with a different man. Again, prosecutors explained, witnesses suggested it was consensual.

This "woman" and her lawyer are demonic. I don't understand how if the prosecutors knew this back in the fall/winter and declined to press charges, how this is just coming out now?

You can already see on Twitter and articles that people are moving the goalposts and saying, "But, but, but he still admitted he had sex with a 17 year old", even though many at the party claim she was telling people she was 18. And, you have the absolute morons now saying, "Well, just because they dropped the case didn't mean he didn't do it!"

He wasn't there when the alleged "gang rape" happened. He was at the party, but left before that alleged incident.

Look it's definitely messed up what happened to Matt but it's a lot of people talking about his careers over. Hes only 22. He missed one season. As long as his mental health is intact and the NFL teams realize that he was cleared of all charges he's not guilty he did nothing wrong then he should get signed by another team
