If they are currently being evicted...they can claim more time to prove retaliation by Buckshot. Even though he was beat up...it is illegal to "harrass" squatters. The court has to hear the case. The squatters can take 30 days or more to file a bullshyt report...simultaneously claim emotional damage...along with assault. They'll wait to the last minute to file everything and tie it up in court even longer.
