I just dont get the logic

If he had many many concussions as he said
And they resulted in seizures as he said

His brain was not actually fine

If everything we know about cte is true, then its irreparable. You can only stop it progressing by stopping future trauma to the brain. But the bruises are the bruises.

Why is that different for just daniel bryans brain?
Cause the way he had to be forced out makes them think it's a conspiracy
As if they didn't consistently push him for two good years and gave him three of the most prestigious titles in the process
As if they didn't have him beat the entire evolution stable minus ric flair clean at wrestlemania to crown him undisputed world champ
All while lying about the severity of his injuries so he could make sure he went over.

Nobody wants to see the reality even though he says these things verbatim in that podcast and his book

They just want it to be a "Tupac isn't dead he's in Cuba" rude when the reality is not as exciting

Dude was hurt, to the point of seisures after concussions. Lied to his wife and his employer in order to make sure he got his push. Once he could t hide it anymore they shyt him down then brought him back as ic champ only for his injuries to appear again.

5'7 200 pound man out here consistently landing on his head, doing diving head butts, and various reckless spots. For 15 or so years in and outside he wwe

Like I said even if the wwe had some conspiracy to stop him (which I can't fathom since hey never pushed someone as hard as him and then took it away because they wanted someone else over) why do guys keep acting like he was some tragic hero who got screwed by the wwe? He wasn't...

He was a guy whose body betrayed him when he was at his peak. Then lied about it. Even if this testing and treatments lead to him returning, being better gen ever if possible, why do people think him taking two or years off couldn't have been a smart and safe decision for the guy who was hell bent on working through head trauma and concussions in a post Benoit wrestling world?

Tommy Dreamer has had so many concussions he finds himself in random parts of the city with no idea how he got there, but WWE had him getting put through tables his last run. :camby:

I remember Brock saying that he didn't know and didn't care how many concussions he's had. WWE put him right back in the ring after going 3 rounds with Mark Hunt.

I believe Danielson has even come around to thinking that the 3 years off has healed everything else that was wrong with his body other than his misdiagnosed brain. None of us are denying this. Pushing a narrative that he's fragile for Sheamus kicking the shyt out of him in 2014, we're going to call that bullshyt though. Wrestlemania 33 had 50 year old (with 4 NFL seasons) Bill Goldberg, 40 year old UFC fighter Brock Lesnar, 52 year old Undertaker and 48 year old HHH all wrestling. You can't tell me they're all in better condition to wrestle than Daniel Bryan, nor will you believe that WWE put them through any cognitive tests.

That's fair and logical argument, something a lot of posters refuses to do
Like I said I hope if he does comeback it's a start style, a better schedule, and he's careful

Most folks here dont watch/follow NJPW. Out of sight out of mind, the ones who do watch cringe at full contact headbutts.

We all cringe at them but we are not begging all of them to stop wrestling either. Guys like the Young Bucks have a couple of matches each year were they absolutely destroy themselves and no one acts concerned about their health. If we are gonna be scared about wrestlers health then what's the point of watching when the reality is the large majority have health issues and most of them probably have their brains fukked up after taking so much damage. Hell man, Ziggler had a concussion that sidelined him for months and in his comeback, the whole story of the match was Del Rio hitting him in the head trying to "concuss him again". I saw nor read any outrage about it :dead:

To act like Bryan is a time bomb and be worried sick about him and then act like the rest of the industry is "ok" because they haven't been tested by 6 medical facilities and are honest about their injuries is beyond being naive.

His brain is not fine. Most of wrestlers brains are not fine. If any performer goes to 6 specialists and not one of them tells him he shouldn't be back in the ring, and that the worst they could find is that he has average reflexes - compared to top level athletes - I doubt fans would react concerned about that wrestler performing again. Specially when every other worker that has had his body and head beat up for years continues to work and there hasn't been a peep from fans.

Today..str8 from Bryan's mouth
On what Vince McMahon told him about Roman Reigns: “I had a conversation with Vince. Actually, I don’t know when it was. I don’t know if it was before WrestleMania 30 or if it was after WrestleMania 30, but it went something along the lines of this. It’s like he said something along the lines to me of, ‘we really want to push Roman to be the next John Cena.’ And I had said to him, ‘boss, I 100% support that, but I just want you to know that I want to be the next John Cena.’ Like, don’t tell me he wants some other guy to be the next John Cena!”
