Breh, there is always one or two 5 stars that changes their mind during signing day. This will not be the first or last time this shyt happens to the program.
Yes, we all know that the NIL is a work in progress and we are not up to par with the likes of Bama, GA or the Texas schools. This is still new and the school is trying to figure how to navigate it with the collectives. I think that some of the higher ups don't trust the people who are running them, so they are being hesitant with giving the boosters the green light to drop the bags. Hopefully this get resolved over time. Also, it's probably the parents who makes the kids changes their mind when another school promises them more than the actual institution that the kid wants to go to. Moms or pops have to agree to the letter of intent and if another place is going to give them more, the kid may have no other choice and pick plan B or C than go with their preferred location.
There been plenty of 5 stars who came into the program and didn't do shyt while the 3-4 stars took time to developed and ball out. At the end of the day, we want kids who want to be at OSU, put in the work and show out on Saturdays. If a recruit only cares about the money and not going to put in the work to make the team better, let the other schools have him
