Any sharp comedian would have came back with something reply wise/or saw dude for the fade on commercial break depending who the comic is.

Some people in a lot of these threads have known about it or admitted they were aware and none of them know Chris it Will. So it’s possible Chris knew, feels like that may have been an off the script joke

The physics of the slap and impact didn't look right to me. . Chris set himself for impact if you watch his feet/body language. This is weird ass Hollywood we're talking about.

On the flip, now maybe Rock's spidey senses were going off and he was expecting/preparing himself for heat at that point. I can his see his reaction to/and the slap being real from that angle.
