I know how smarky and unrealistic all of that is, just running through a bunch what ifs that's all. I was rooting for the division to hit and maybe lead to wwe trying more new things like the classic out.

Business wise it's obvious why Balor is where he is I'm just saying it's also obvious he's a cruiserweight.

I would just dump the ropes gimmick, have some of the matches kick off the showwhile you still have the crowd like nitro did and have 205 after NXT since that crowd will dig them and they sat through a shorter show, Aries and Neville are doing well the others are out there in 5 minute matches and never fully showcase much, have em mix it up with guys that aren't in their division but would believably sell for them like a Miz so they aren't so isolated and pigeonholed, you could put some that aren't in singles feuds in the tag division too which I believe Matt Morgan suggested

The division suffers because they book it like it's just another bunch of WWE rasslers (different color ropes are NOT how you help the division standout) and it centers almost exclusively around Neville, Aries (who is too good of a personality to be stuck with the cruiserweights), TJP (who has NEVER even been over), and Gallagher.

Meanwhile, they have guys they've signed since the tournament that they aren't doing shyt with. Tozawa, Gran Metalik, Lince Dorado, Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann and Mustafa Ali are criminally underutilized while boring-ass dudes like Nese, Gulak, Kendrick, and Dar get TV time. To help alleviate this problem, I think they should sign a few more guys and create a CW tag title.

The division has been a godsend for Neville though, whose WWE career had flatlined.
