Also, 205 Live suffers from the fact that the WWE can't escape the storyline/feud approach with the cruiserweight division. Lets face it, majority of the roster is vanilla as fukk and would benefit from a do-over. The one thing that comes to mind is making the division speak for itself. Let them work on the grounds of a competitive "athletic" sports nature, rather than a circus attraction. It often rubs me off the wrong way seeing them perform on Raw like popcorn filler midget wrestling of the days of AAA. shyt is downright disrespectful. Let them provide workrate and lots of it, make 205 worth the 9.99 a month by making the shyt legit, moved the division to lower tier arenas like Full Sail to build a independent fanbase, and provide different aspects to the show such as tournaments, mini leagues, additional belts and etc.

Bottom line, hide the fact that they are smaller than life and enhance on why folks should tune it to see the cruiserweights. Hell NJPW may slack on some aspects of the super jr division, but dammit they make it their duty to make sure that the division is legit.

Out of all the things bogging down the cruiserweight division, the lack of athleticism ain't one of them.I'm sure most of them could pull that move off especially against another small flippy wrestler. The show is too long and fans have been conditioned to look for an out aka a piss break and what do you know? Characterless wrestlers who are in a directionless division who matches last 4 minutes tops. That's why the division is DOA.

Agreed. I went to the bathroom before the CW Tag match in Newark on Monday and when I came out there was a line for the bathroom. That shows me that even in a smarky audience filled with New Yorkers, that people just don't care for the cruiserweights.

I blame the WWE for this shyt on the real. I remember when the CWT was over, the first thing in my mind was "please don't make them be a thing"...and like that WWE brings back the cruiserweights:shaq2:. The reason why the cruiserweight division was so amazing in WCW was the fact that it was new and refreshing. You had a roster of fossils and the next thing you know, Rey and Psychosis doing flips and dips all over the fukking arena. :krs:It was dope as hell and the fans wanted more due to the fact that the roster was blah as hell:russell:. I mean how many times we going to see Hogan get out of the ring to stall, The Giant's slow ass try to do a dropkick, or even Kevin Nash big boot a jobber? It got repetitive.

Meanwhile, the WWE roster is full of wrestlers that do the same shyt but with moderation. I mean, whats the point of having a CW division if the main roster can perform with the same stature?

Yeah and they're probably going to sign everyone in the Women's tournament not already under contract. Your gripe about them signing all of them is another issue I have with WWE as a whole.

Yeah...its such a shame that WWE got to stoop low to take talent and put companies at risk like STARDOM. I give props to Ibushi who was like "shyttt...NJPW letting me be Tiger Mask W".
