90% of the shootings are over gang stuff, but it starts from nothing allot of times. Someone tries to talk to a chic then a fight happens. Someone gets jumped then they come back shooting and once a loss is taken the wars never end. And people dont stop until everyone on the opposition's side is dead. Just sucks because more innocent people are dying then the intended targets. Also they do walk ups and chase people down now.
