Umm. They already did that once in Chicago, and 100k+ project nikkas moved into the middle / lower middle class black neighborhoods on section 8 vouchers and that's where we are today.

yup over the last 10 years. It use to be all family in these hoods, everyone knew each other. Then all of these section 8 people came and. That's when all these new individual block gangs came up. It's literally a different gang every 3 blocks. And they are ALL at war. And it's literally on site ANYWHERE . The police are not locking up anyone. If they go on Facebook they would know who did it, where they live, when they are outside. nikkas put everything online . But honestly it's kinda too late to save people here. Most are too damaged. The kids. From 10 to 16 now already have multiple drug cases AND bodies. It's literally unreal. I don't even know if therapy and meds will work, but our community is so upside down they wouldn't even seek the help. Chicago is the new detroit. And the cops are killing us left and right. All of this shyt was planned. Just like they closed ALL of these dam schools so rival gangs and kids had to go to the same school. When I was young people were getting chased home and dragged off of public busses getting stomped by gangs, now I know no one goes to school. The people in power are sick as fukk. But everyone here is sleep :/

But Chicago is the most segregated major city in the country, so it happens in all the black neighborhoods smh. Compare. East / west Garfield park, Humboldt park, Austin to ANY other place in this country. Numbers will literally shock you. Shootings happen every single day.
