I was in highschool in the late 90's when the murder rate was higher...
...back then, it really was about money/gangs (especially on the Westside)...
...but now these cats out here killing over nothing.

If you a shorty walking around and you not affiliated w/ anyone...youre going to have some real problems.

...I used to be walking around all hoods at any time of night w/ really no problem....
