There's a lot of stuff Moore put in here that he didn't intend to be canon so I could see him thinking or writing it in a way to suggest she got raped. Much like suggesting maybe just maybe batman killed joker. Along with joker handicapping Barbara. If he didn't intend for it to be anything more than a one shot "what if" then yeah I could see him making it as crazy as possible. Especially if it's supposed to be the last batman/joker story

The only animated movie that Damien is tolerable in is Teen Titans vs Justice League. Everything thing else is a automatic
