I can't trust a person who brings up black issues when discussing gay issues which are completely different and shares no parallels.
Also, the majority of F 100 companies have more gay black men than str8 now. Look at amazon, quicken loans, etc. Have you been to ANY top company headquarters or location??
Also, the Media. ITS NOT CHANGING... it's changed. To deny this further shows how bias and delusional you truly are.

2 and 3 year old kids dont have sexual preferances or identities. There's a huge difference between outside factors shaping your behavior as an infant/toddler and those same stimuli influencing you as a adult. Adults make choices.

I'm not a scientist. I don't have an investment in either side of the nature vs nurture argument here.

Some people are asexual, bisexual (to varying degrees).

I'm not one for telling someone they can be changed from gay to straight or anything like that. I'm just saying, society is too quick to "out" people. Some people genuinely need time to figure things out.

I agree with all of this. You have to give people space to discover themselves and as we've become more tolerant of gays there are unsurprisingly more openly gay people. It's only problematic to me when society closes off our ability to discuss these issues.

Examples:

Generations of children were exposed to BPA. Is there a correlation between that and increased homosexuality?

Children who have been molested act out sexually. A seeming significant number go on to participate in homosexual relationships.

With the push to be tolerant and PC about everything we're leaving ourselves little space to ask relevant questions because hey 'they were born this way and that's ok.'

This is a subject not talked about much at all, and yes there is a huge example in the Collins twins (the NBA basketball players). One is gay the other is not. The one that is gay went so far as to hide his sexuality from his identical twin brother. Now it is said that the bond between twins is about the closest you can have between human beings perhaps more than a mother and child. How could his own identical twin not know his brother was a homosexual? I was surprised not many people talked about that fact.

Being homosexual just allows them to fit into another group; fit under another label- one that is becoming widely spread and supported throughout the world. It's more of being able to identify as something else/something more than black, and hoping that their black is overlooked.
