Really wish I looked like what my pump looks like after a good chest/arm day.
Weigh in tomorrow as usual.

Putting on weight is damn hard I wish I never lost it. During high school I played football basketball stayed in the weight room and was 6' 200 pounds of what seemed like pure muscle. Stopped working out ate like one meal a day ended up at 128.
I was absolutely disgusted with myself. Been working on it about 8 months I'm back to 160 but I been stuck here a good month

Thanks man good looking out. Had a son cut all that stupid shyt out. I'm gonna be here to teach him how to be a man and watch him graduate high schoolfor trying to turn that around. It's difficult, but what isn't in life? It's all about suffering for the right rewards.
Good luck on your jorney breh. God Bless.
Tomorrow is one month since you made this thread. How do you feel about your progress so far OP? You have 2 months to go.
Almost a month later......don't tell me you fell offI'm conflicted. One pound in a month, not really sure if that's good or bad progress.
Positive signs:
My clothes are starting to fit me more snugly, noticed the difference immediately when I put on an old hoodie I hadn't worn in a while. Hell, I even ripped an old pair of boxers squatting about 2 weeks ago.
I see a noticeable difference in the mirror. I can even feel the difference on my arms when I flex.
No fat gain according to the caliper.
Negatives:
The scale isn't moving fast enough for my tastes. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic. Its like the scale doesn't reflect my perceived progress.
Mediocre strength gains
Doesn't even feel likes its been one month. More like one week. Guess I'll up the ante for these last 2 months.
