My triceps have seen good development, skull crushers and seated tricep press are all completely new to me and it looks they're responding well.
Glutes blowing up and my slim jeans are now getting tighter around the glute area :dame:
Lats have also blown up because I practically never worked them before starting this new routine

Chest, biceps, and abs have grown but still need some major work. My chest is also imbalanced, for some odd reason my right pec is smaller than the left one. I assume that'll correct itself eventually.

Putting on weight is damn hard I wish I never lost it. During high school I played football basketball stayed in the weight room and was 6' 200 pounds of what seemed like pure muscle. Stopped working out ate like one meal a day ended up at 128.

I was absolutely disgusted with myself. Been working on it about 8 months I'm back to 160 but I been stuck here a good month
:gucci:

Long story short turned into a drug addict ate nothing but pills for 9 years forgot about food. I'm getting better though back up to 162 goal is 185

:salute: for trying to turn that around. It's difficult, but what isn't in life? It's all about suffering for the right rewards. :myman:
Good luck on your jorney breh. God Bless.

No updates in a while because been busy with adjusting to new living circumstances. Had to move out of my mom's house and go live with my pops due to reasons. Still going to the gym consistently, still eating as much as I can.

Joined a new gym that has three floors so I can actually get a squat rack with no problems now. Nothing too exciting other than that.

Tomorrow is one month since you made this thread. How do you feel about your progress so far OP? You have 2 months to go.

I'm conflicted. One pound in a month, not really sure if that's good or bad progress.

Positive signs:
My clothes are starting to fit me more snugly, noticed the difference immediately when I put on an old hoodie I hadn't worn in a while. Hell, I even ripped an old pair of boxers squatting about 2 weeks ago.
I see a noticeable difference in the mirror. I can even feel the difference on my arms when I flex.
No fat gain according to the caliper.

Negatives:
The scale isn't moving fast enough for my tastes. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic. Its like the scale doesn't reflect my perceived progress.
Mediocre strength gains

Doesn't even feel likes its been one month. More like one week. Guess I'll up the ante for these last 2 months.
