I'ma need y'all skinny brehs to let me know how y'all are working out your legs. What's y'alls routine and how long does it take for y'all to see gains?!
Up until I started this thread, I did nothing but squats. 3 sets of 5, 3-4 days a week. Squatting that many times a week is pretty draining but it worked. My legs are disproportionately large compared to the rest of me now, it was to the point where I was actually growing into my jeans and boxers.
So I guess add squats to the beginning of at least 3 of your workouts per week?
As a side note I didn't realize how important it was to work abs until now. Squatted the other day and immediately felt the difference, felt like my abs were "bracing" me, it was a lot more comfortable.
Improves posture too, had my dad tell me I was walking like I was about to fukk somebody up
