Its not a nerf gun. Kid was goofy for shooting people with an illegal pellet gun at 1am. The CO was a sociopath for shooting the kid and going to work like nothing happened. The friends were pieces of shyt for leaving him there and not taking him to the hospital. Also. I hope y’all know u can buy a real gun that’s all kinda different colors.

Might be wise to wait for more facts to come out on this one. If it is as cut and dry as the story says that he returned fire after thinking he was getting dumped on, they need to release him. This is what irritates me about parents out here failing miserably to raise their children. 18 year old involved in nothing nice, thinking its funny to shoot at people with an airgun. Civilian minding his own busines can't tell the difference and dumps back with a real thumper.

One life lost, the other in for a long road of legal woes, possibly incarceration for a long time. All of these events set in motion because a parent failed to raise their child properly.
