Also stay the fukk away from filling foods like potatoes, oatmeal etc. You want easy calories. Pasta, rice, granola, nuts, juice etc.
Have a LOT of fiber. fukk that 20g a day shyt. You want 30, 40, 50 if you can handle it. You will be gassier but nothing crazy
Get your workout programming in order... dont eat but then fukk around in the gym and just get fat
