Cooking your own food is the key

Also stay the fukk away from filling foods like potatoes, oatmeal etc. You want easy calories. Pasta, rice, granola, nuts, juice etc.

Have a LOT of fiber. fukk that 20g a day shyt. You want 30, 40, 50 if you can handle it. You will be gassier but nothing crazy

Get your workout programming in order... dont eat but then fukk around in the gym and just get fat

So this is what Im gathering are the essentials.. shyt that I always have at the house and eat on the regular anyway. So I just have to eat a lot of all this junk huh? correct me if Im wrong you roid heads.

Seriously 400 calories of oatmeal/potatoes will make u damn near sick. shyt is filling as fukk, it's a trick :damn:

I like pasta, bread, rice... been fukking w/homemade granola, easy 500kcal in a 1x3x4" cube. Juice is also easy, just keep your sugars in control

And make sure u get ur fiber on... I get ~50g a day at least.... every day is a juice cleanse :wow:

Blend your oats. When it cooks and expands, it's harder to slop that shyt down. I would routinely do 4.5 cups a day, every day, for months. That's 1,350 calories per day in oats. You get used to it.

One time I bought so many 10 pound boxes of oats (for the cheap guy... 10 pounds = 7 bucks at Costco), the lady asked if I had a horse.

Get a costco card...you can be 10 pound bags of brown rice for 13 dollars. You can also get 10 pound bag of chicken for 21 dollars and 3 pounds of almonds for 13 dollars. You don't need anything sophisticated.

i love me some coscto. i do most of my grocery and house shopping here. sometimes i feel like i'm at a buffet with all of the free samples around me :wow:
