I'm a skinny nikka Tryna put on some muscle.. I'm broke though

I prolly won't always be able to buy a shytload of good food to eat.. Should I just wait until I can afford that type of diet, or should I just start working out now? And will I even gain any size if my calories ain't there?

Get a costco card...you can be 10 pound bags of brown rice for 13 dollars. You can also get 10 pound bag of chicken for 21 dollars and 3 pounds of almonds for 13 dollars. You don't need anything sophisticated.

Cooking your own food is the key

Also stay the fukk away from filling foods like potatoes, oatmeal etc. You want easy calories. Pasta, rice, granola, nuts, juice etc.

Have a LOT of fiber. fukk that 20g a day shyt. You want 30, 40, 50 if you can handle it. You will be gassier but nothing crazy

Get your workout programming in order... dont eat but then fukk around in the gym and just get fat

Yeah. At Costco (I shop at BJ's) you can get great deals on a bunch of meat. Also, the eggs come in 5 dozen boxes

Cook a bunch of food and freeze what you don't eat. Less likely to eat sloppy when you have food already prepped

I do 99 percent of my grocery shopping at Costco. I also get almond milk from there, and the big things of oatmeal. With almond milk, a bunch of almonds, and a cup of dry oatmeal in a blender, you can get 1000 calories right there.

Peanuts (get salted or unsalted but not dry-roasted or that flavored bullshyt)
CHEAP AS fukk. Just 6oz of them is 1020 calories.

if u can drink it....milk, milk, milk...that will put weight on u fast...i wish i could drink milk or mix it with my protein powder but a nicca would be in the bathroom all day

I was eating PB by the fukking jar-full when I was bulking.

Literally grabbing a spoon and going to town.
