Great news, Lesnar is really the only major attraction outside of the GOAT who's still in their prime and is legit. We need matches/feuds with Lesnar and the following over the next few years:

Rock
Bryan
Rollins
Rusev
Ziggler

For those calling for a double turn, how exactly is this going to happen when a) WWE is pushing Lesnar as a Heel vs. Reigns b) Lesnar is going to be cheered like a face at Mania and c) a Shield Reunion would be cheered and be the exact opposite reaction Vince would want for a supposed heel stable?

The Associated Press has published an article on Brock Lesnar’s decision to re-sign with WWE and turn down an offer to return to UFC/MMA.

In the article, Brock Lesnar confirmed that he was offered a new WWE deal at Raw this week, and it was one he could not refuse. He added the deal is indeed for 3 years.

“The fighter in me wants to continue, but at this stage in my life, it ain’t just about me anymore,” Lesnar said. “You put your pride to the side. You hug your wife and your kids. I’m a 37-year-old man, and some days I feel like I’m 80, just with all the things I’ve experienced, all the things I’ve done. I feel fortunate about it. It’s like, what else can I do? Why go backward?”

With regards to UFC, Lesnar noted the promotion made him an offer which was “10 times” more than he previously made in UFC. After Lesnar turned down the offer, UFC Chairman Lorenzo Fertitta actually doubled the offer, but Lesnar told him the decision was not about the money. Lesnar noted he called UFC officials to inform them of his decision as he was pulling into the ESPN studios to make his announcement.

“I’m riding the caboose of my sports career. I just barely caught this thing. I’ll see you the next time,” Lesnar added.

I don't like the idea of a Lesnar face turn.... that's what happened his first run... he was so good at being a bad guy everyone liked him and they turned him face.. and I hated face Lesnar back then. Chances are I will now

I guarantee we get a double turn at mania with heyman joining up with reigns

Only way this would be cool to me is if Heyman makes a callback to the original Shield and hires Finn and Neville to take out Lesnar. Now Heyman has an alliance to rival The Authority, maybe even turn Authority face in the way that NWO turned DOD and Horsemen face. Of course this being WWE in 2015 nothing short of skinning Daniel Bryan alive would get those guys booed. The fans in the big cities will naturally want to love two tough Indy wrestlers so you have to keep Reigns on top, emphasize his lack of credentials, keep the boys as his minions, and Heyman has to deliver as the dastardly mastermind.

We all know this won't happen though, they haven't done anything truly shocking in years. Closest was Nexus which got buried and forgotten about. The problem with Nexus is member by member they were not that good. Developmental is way better now than it was at that point. You take a group with Barrett, Otunga, Slater, Skip, Darren Young etc. there is no one in that group that really intimidates and they were all pretty green at that point anyways. They looked like a group that would be hired on some Malibu's Most Wanted to play pro wrestlers. A group with Finn, Neville, and Reigns would be the scariest sight in years and you could add Kenta and Steen later too if you want to expand.

Fair point about a Shield reunion getting cheered but Rollins is pretty over as a heel right now, and Reigns is pretty hated for his perceived entitlement. It would be on Dirty Dean to connect all the dots and make people buy it. It also depends on who they face. If it's Kane obviously they're faces. A psychotic Brock coming back for blood after taking two months off while they beat down and terrorize the roster, maybe bringing Shelton in as backup? That would be a hot angle.

Reigns is so far below his level now it's ridiculous.

I'd still pull the trigger on it now tho just because they've already fukked him so bad

Brock is about to go down as a top 5 All time UFC Star and top 5 All time WWE Star.

Forming a Vanilla Midget stable is not shocking, won't happen, and a joke of a concept. Not to mention it's already been done before by yours truly.

If I could take down those vanilla midgets with ease, imagine what Brock could do.
