shyt comcast and other internet providers offee 2GBps speeds now....i cut cable in the winter and went with internet only im paying $100 for 250mbps i might upgrade to 400mbps soon and the price would jump to $112 a month...but like other's have said if u got the app u can download the games and have them installed to your system via the app...or shyt do somethin else while the game is downloading

Only thing i hate is sometimes when going to play 2k the shyt tells me it cant read the license so it wont let me play, until the trash wifi on the ps4 picks up the signal

I have that, but beware, with cable, the speed will depend on your proximity to the nearest hub, and how congested (oversold) your area is. I get 400 max, and I own a better modem than the one they rent you.

If you don't get enough over 400 where you feel it's worth it, drop to the 400 tier. All you lose is some upload speed.

It's not your internet it's the wifi adapter in the PS4 being notoriously trash.

Plug into wired when doing big downloads.

Yeah wired is better but OP's internet or settings might still be trash. Even on wifi (5ghz range though) and running Netflix my downloads aren't seeing those kind of times.
