Cube might express that sentiment but I expect a person of his stature to better formulate and understand why things don't just happen in government.

Hasn't Diddy expressed similar sentiments as well? This is even a bigger indictment given his previous voter campaign. I know celebrities are not reliable or the most knowledgable voices on this front but most of our politicos outside of academia are tied to the prevailing political orthodoxy of either party politics. This is why online black commentators that reject that current dynamic are gaining traction.

okay, fukk that dude and everything he stands for.

but i've never noticed his posts before, didn't know who he was, and i agree with most of what was said in that post. i skimmed the post, saw shyt i strongly agree with, such our vote being taken for granted, politics in general failing us, and the scourge of abortion and planned parenthood's presence in our communities. and the reference to Malcom's comments at the end made me feel like there was a pro-black sentiment to the post, and I dapped it. that's what i cosigned. nothing more.
now i gotta pore through a motherfukker's post history before i dap something?:gucci:
The Republican party welcomes you then

Who said you had to take a side? Ask yourself this one question... will your life be better if Trump keeps taking away rights from black folk? If that answer is yes then don't vote in November. Cube good regardless tho...he got the bread to move :coffee:
What rights are trump taking away from black people?

DNC has a platform and policies that they want to make into law that would positively affect the black community. I guess if it doesn't say for black people only it doesn't matter to some of you.
This is what I hate about parts of this issue. What is the difference if a plan helps only black people or all minority groups? I even understand if they didn't want to help cacs bc they have an advantage in this country already.

We gotta start some where. An all or nothing attitude will make it harder to get started. Gotta have a foundation before you build the building

The kirk to the fields
I don't think it's unrealistic...pass a "MLK Avenue law" that gives people living within a 500 yard radius of an MLK avenue 2 years free college tuition to whatever university they see fit <<<< this is just an example.

we all know that 99% of people living within those radius's are black, so it would be a "black law" without it specifically being that. This is exactly what they did with DACA to benefit illegal mexicans coming over here.

Yeah, that's a good idea actually. I've always said we need to play the game the same way everyone else does.

I bet if reparations was called something else, we'd get it right under their noses.

Look at how many cacs hate Obamacare yet support the Affordable Care Act :mjlol:

I don't know, I really don't care. Diddy could easily form a PAC to support black candidates but I don't see him doing that.

As far as the online guys, I don't live in that ecosystem to know what they are talking about.

From the article you posted......Biden said reparations Black Americans would have to include Native Americans
tenor.gif

Joe Biden wants to see studies about feasibility of slavery reparations

I don’t know what you and the retard you just quoted are on but reparations for black people are reparations for black people. It won’t matter how it gets packaged to the people that actually need it but to the people who don’t really care if black people get them, like the clown you quoted you can make retard surface level assertions like that.

in an ideal world, 100% correct. But the United States Of Cracka don't operate like dat

Yeah they do, this country is about business deals, backroom negotiations and scheming- isn't that what politicians come in our communities and do? scheme and lie? :stopitslime:

if you want our vote, meet our demands, if not we'll go elsewhere to get what we need.

TYRONE GA!
Simple equation is don’t vote or vote for Republicans.

Have 4 more of Trump and then do the whole cycle again in4 years and in between that have more violations of democracy, civil rights, white supremacy, etc. Then complain, then do this all over again.

It’s that simple:yeshrug:

I hate our fukkin system man. But this is church......and ridiculous

Yeah I'm sure Republicans would see a 11 trillion dollar bill to black people and just be fooled by the name and pass it. :dead:
