I don't know if there is anything an overweight person hates hearing more than "You need to lose weight". Whether its said directly or indirectly, they take that shyt hard af. I don't personally understand what makes someone react so strongly to something that they know is true and better for their health. I can actually even understand not WANTING to do it because you would rather not exercise and watch what you eat; everyone would prefer if they didn't have to do sit ups, planks and squats and could just eat pizza all day... But being so actively against the very idea is wild.
