I'm sick of people whining about something that they don't push for. People have been protesting for Britney's release heavy for months.. Wasn't nobody talking about this "Paul Whelan" cac before Griner was taken into custody. If conservative cacs are so hurt by Biden making this trade, then continue advocating for Whelan, applying the same pressure as Griner's advocates did.

I'll say this: after the whole Russia/Ukraine war, I'm confident we got elite top-tier tech security and tracking on traded prisoners in comparison vs what they probably got on who they release.

Griner was arrested in February, and just got released in December. We'll see if these newfound Paul Whelan advocates can keep up the pressure to get him released for 10 months, or if they're just being contrarians over the Griner trade and will forget all about him in a few weeks.
