I am sure the clubs that Chris Brown play at BW are barely existent. Y’all stay blaming BW even Wen they aren’t around. Many of the famous artist don’t play or perform where BW are majority in this day and age. Stop blaming BW for this stupid ish.

Most of these clubs don’t even want BW there they only want exoticals anyway. I am willing to bet mort black male rappers have more white/Asian/Hispanic female fans listening their music attending these concerts than black female fans. Many black male artist all want mainstream money and don’t respect or care about their black female fanbase. Unless it’s a social justice situation than they have no problem finding non ambiguous BW for that.

It’s lack of leadership that is being demonstrated that people are criticizing. Lack of foresight for future generations. The self interest that I see many male leaders exhibit in black communities world wide is obviously disappointing.

did nikkas in this thread even watch the video? he was talking about empowering black women, and specifically mentioned giving his daughter knowledge of self and the tools needed to foster her self esteem so she knows who she is and never questions how beautiful she is regardless of what the mainstream standard of beauty is.

then he said that generally speaking, you don't really see other races disrespecting their women in terms of "you look like this" or "you're this" or "you're that", you don't see it as much. one could argue that by being black we are going to macro and micro analyze black interactions but still, there's a substantial amount of anecdotal evidence that corroborates what he's saying. I mean, not long ago hip-hop popularized and glorified "exotics" and "foreigns" as status symbol.
