Merseyside over here is poor so the parents who can afford to dress their kids nice are probably in the minority.

Back in the 90s if you weren't shotting or rolling deep with certain people, a Stone Island Jacket or Moschino jacket was an advert to get robbed.

Times seem to have changed.

I see dudes rockin Balenciagas everyday. Moschino & Stoney ain’t that big a deal.

I vote to ban namebrand clothing and the flossin lifestyle from black communities period. For a while, like 20 years, until we've made some power moves.

The poisoning is double dangerous for our community. Would ease alotta troubles in our community. Give us time to get our minds right. Put all kids in school uniforms.

That's what I'm saying. It seems that parents remember getting clowned and don't want their kids to go through the same thing. So they make sure that their kids have. I believe that this is counterproductive

I bought my son Jordans & a fur Stone Island jacket after half term.

Naturally, the kids wearing Spider-Man kicks and deflated puffers gave him shyt about it.

I don’t actually label-shame but I ain’t playing small to please other people’s pockets either:manny:
When your son gets beat/stabbed out of his coat and shoes will you be playing small?
Flexing is for grown men and armed teens, or the children of respected men...and their women.
