Yea that's the family. The owner of the truck is about to open up a restaurant on Springfield ave in a few months. My masjid has a Steak N Take restaurant right up the block from the truck off of Camden st, right across from the masjid.

Absolutely. JC is already mostly done with gentrification, and Harrison is in the plans.
Any area that's right near a PATH stop is going to get gentrified.
