how is going to the finals related to what i said? they lost nikka :what:

Shaq called kobe the greatest, in fact in open court he was begging penny to be put in to 60-70 while ignoring his boy wade:lolbron:

Because they went to the finals when the both were fresh in the league

You were using penny and shaq as some type of measuring stick to compare to Kobe and shaq insinuating that other great players weren't as successful as Kobe was with shaq when penny and shaq were a success.

And the comparison doesn't even add up cause you're comparing basically rookies who almost won a title to seasoned players who won one.

That's what I'm saying....

I'm also saying prime Iverson > Kobe :yeshrug:

And everyone knows penny would've won a few titles with shaq if they stayed together.

hes right. everything scalabrine said in there was on point.

weirdos & stans will ge mad, but scalabrine was giving kobe major props before & afterwards. patrick just zeroe'd in on the "im not saying hes michael jordan" comment(smart move) and it took off from there.

i wouldnt go as low as 25 tho. i'd say kobe is 15-20. at my age, im inclined to give kobe top 15.

Support the opinion of a role playing bitter cracker

he didnt say anything that we dont already say on here.

even better, because hes coming from the perspective of someone who was actually on the court with this people and he broke it all the way down for yall.

:russell: Besides Lebron, every other current new generation player has so much more they would need to accomplish to get to where Kobe is and even more to surpass him makes Scals opinion restarted as hell. Like its a forgone conclusion that KD will surpass Kobe or some shyt smh.

Because no one would honestly say that Kobe is ranked #25 right TODAY, so to say that in 10 years he would be ranked 15- 25 implies that he would be bumped down, how the hell would he be knocked down by older players he's already ranked higher than, right TODAY.

Also this idiot said multiple times "he didn't win after shaq" :dahell:

:dahell:

2rings post shaq

Plus you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

No you don't. :why:

What a stupid argument. If you pass up a low-% shot, you either work to get a better shot or you create a better shot for a teammate. :francis:

Only a Kobestan could come up with such moronic logic. :mjlol:

1. kobe
2. shaq
3. timmy
4. bron
5. kg
6. ai
7. pierce
8. dirk
9. kd
10.pau

So the two greatest players ever were playing together for 7 years, and only won 3 titles? :gladbron:

man shut up all people know about the finals is how lebron missed that shot and ray allen had to bail his ass and save his legacy. we give him that one tho. Pity.

Right. Let's also forget that Lebron made the last shot of that game (the go-ahead two in overtime), that Lebron had just hit a three-pointer with 20 seconds left to cut the lead to 2, that Lebron had a ridiculous 16 points and 4 assists in the 4th quarter, or that Lebron had put together a 32-10-12 triple-double in that game. What really matters is that ONE other player hit ONE shot....which, by the way, was the only shot in the last 10 minutes of the game by the Heat that Lebron didn't either score or assist. Clearly he was irrelevant to the Heat winning the game, and it was all Ray.

People should also know about the 16 straight point to bring them back in that same Q or the assists that was every other point in that quarter aside from that Ray Allen 3.

First person I ever heard say that was Jordan... :yeshrug:

You're talking all time. Scal was talking about 10 years from now that there will be players that surpass him. The premise of this thread is about Scal's opinion. Not yours :heh:

Like I said before, I don't care about the ranking. He's my favorite player. That's what matters to me.

If Ray Allen doesn't make that 3 the game is OVER and the Spurs win in 6

If dereck fisher doesn't take over game 3 vs the celtics, the lakers lose in 5

if robert horry misses that shot vs the kings, the kings win in 5

if KG doesn't blow his knee out in 09 the celtics win the title

if fisher misses that 3 vs orlando the series is tied at 2-2
