Second of all folks need to get out of here with the players starting their own league. That ain't gonna work cause black fans won't even support it. Or put in the money to keep the league afloat or financially back the teams to have enough cash flow to even attract players to leave their big salaries in the NFL.

As I said if black FANS ain't gonna put in the work this shyt ain't gonna ever change. Its like how idiots talk about college sports and put it all on the black players and how they need to consider HBCUs. Yet many black college students continue to refuse to attend HBCUs and Black American's refuse to donate to HBCUs.

These PWIs just don't have money cause of sports. They also got money cause everyday white folks will break their neck to attend them and pay the tuition or get the loan, parent plus loan or private loan to attend the school. And white folks who don't even attend those college will write a got damn check to a PWI they never attended and donate money to them.

THAT IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST THE DIFFERENCES!!

I would ask, how much should an average person donate to the HBCU? Do you think black folks can write 6 figure checks like how many cacs write to these PWI schools?

Most black women in this country make under 29k, only 9% make over 75k

The average black man makes in this country 42k, 15% makes over 75k and another 5-7% makes 100k

I'm not challenging your point, but to just say that black folks should donate to HBCU schools in the same vein as how cacs donate to PWI, that is a bit unfair statement to make without seeing why black folks really don't donate.

White folks have long money, have access to loans, a white man can walk into many banks and get a loan and he may or may not have the right credit score, his credit history is bad, he's filed for bankruptcy and that bank will still help him obtain that loan, a black man or woman credit report/score can be the best and the bank will put that person through hoops and loops just to get a 5k loan.

It's just not that simple to say that black folks should just donate to HBCU and bam we will be like the PWI's

NIKE, REEBOX, and other entities pour their funds into PWIs, all types of fund-raisers are done for PWI's, write-offs for these cacs that make over 6 figures are put in place for them if they give back to PWI. tax breaks, etc

Don't get me wrong, I agree that we should give back, but I do believe that if we as a group of people were making that type of money cacs make who attend these PWI and get the jobs that these cacs get when they come out of college, most don't finish to be honest and still are put in a better position than blacks who have degrees/ PHDs. etc.


Not to derail, but I like to open up the book a little more when folks just state "Black people need to donate to HBCU"

You can't donate that much when you graduate from HBCU but you are now a teller at a bank or working at Home Depot making 15.50 an hour with a degree
