Dude must have forgot that Goodell is an employee and works for the 32 owners not the other way around, Its them 32 bigots (or 31 bigots if we eliminate the dolphins owner from the equation) call on how this is handled within the league.

Them fools are the ones that make or break the rules. It stops and ends with them.

Yeah if he has proof he was offering to pay him more to tank there's no way the NFL won't be sued to oblivion with all the sports betting going on
If Flores has heart he won't take the money though and let this all spill out in court

Hell its gets even deeper there been bread crumbs on activity like this for years...hell decades. Dan Moldea did a book on this years ago.

I mean the only reason NFL security exists was to hide the trails of owners and players point shaving so that the government wouldn't crack down on the league.

Folks forget that tweet back in the early days of twitter that questlove even had where he had talked to McNabb's brother and he told him basically that Reid would point shave games he was betting on in so many words. Questlove tweeted it and quickly deleted the tweet.

Literally every country in the world has corrupted politicians, businessmen, etc.

"what a terrible league, they need to be stopped!" proceeds to watch superbowl couple weeks later. If you want something to change you hit their pockets. It's the same league that got exposed with various players having CTE and NFL trying to hide the information. Everyone was still watching football, everyone will be watching football after this as well. They will hire few more Jay-Z's for publicity stunt and make a few donations to BLM that is being run by LGBT. Casuals will eat that shyt.

With black coaches you're never going to be seen as a buddy by your owner. You're not getting invited to stay at their house and down beer and nachos like Jerry did with McCarthy. You're not his guy so the minute you don't comply you're in the dog house. On the flip side if Flores tanked and went 1-15 he would've been fired after 1 season.

They really thought Jay was going to own a team :mjlol:

Had brehs siding with Jay over Kaep:snoop:
"A seat at the table" era:trash:

Absolutely, but there are some of us in a position to help on a systemic level and they don't OR they give to the "accepted" structure. Someone on here threw out a brilliant idea a while ago of the "billionaires" adopting an HBCU similar to how T. Boone Pickens did Oklahoma State, but more appropriate to us how Dr. Dre gave $70 million to USC for his daughter to get accepted or Bron did Akron....I'm pretty sure $70 million ain't shyt to USC, but that's the annual revenue for the majority of HBCUs......but the idea was Diddy gets Howard. Oprah gets Southern. Jay gets Alabama State. Master P. Beyonce. Rihanna...and so on and so on. It would change the dynamic of those schools instantly and they wouldn't even need to give money. Just visibility similar to what Deion did with Jackson State. All he's doing is lending his star power. Beyonce fans alone could double the annual revenue of a HBCU with her tweeting about donating, but she'd rather do a stepping performance at Coachella or rap about how her grandchildren's children will be the rich ones. I can understand how they can look at the ones who made it and not understand how they're not even attempting to give back. The athletes in the cycle aren't the ones to go at, but there are people who can help and they ain't.

I agree, but as I said if regular black folks in general ain't gonna do this shyt then we ain't learned nothing from the lessons of our parents, grand parents and great grandparents taught us.

My great aunt was a freaking maid in the delta of Mississippi and she never was in school past 5th grade. Yet every year she donated money to Mississippi Valley State. The school right down the street from her. At the same time every year she donated to the NAACP and the United Negro College Fund. She did all of this till the day she died.

So you telling me these dumb ass black gen x, millennials and zoomers can't do the same. But a old black women with a 5th grade education who didn't have two pennies to rub together can go donate to an HBCU she never attended for decades?

At the end of the day these last 3 generations need to piss or get the fukk off the pot. If you ain't contributing to help your people (real tangibles like the twitter fingers love to say...you know freaking money) then you need to stop talking about what folks need to do.

As I mentioned on here I say all of this as a person who never attended an HBCU, but adopted Jackson State and Langston and make sure I send them money every year no strings attached and been doing it for 8 years. At the end of the day jokers need to put up or shut the hell up....period.

I swear that Dan Moldea interview popped up on youtube Monday night. I literally said that was random. Great interview.

All this all this. Got another one too.

Even dikk Butkus said it was all true. I swear one day when I have time, I need to see what documents I can get on the NFL and sports with the freedom of information act.

Sacrifice your integrity to hire Jim Harbaugh brehs
We knew what it was from jump. When you run a smear campaign against a coach, because the firing is that unpopular, it’s usually because you’re hiding something. Ross and Grier are two sketchy individuals. They basically ran a “Flores is a mean black coach” smear, and now Flores is rightfully firing back. Good!

There no "next gig" until a cac GM puts together a shyt roster with an ageing QB and then they eill give that black man the job to tank his first few years until they finally draft decent talent and let him go for "not winning".

yes there is. It could be College. A HC job opens doors it also is valuable experience for a position coach or someone with no precious HC experience regardless.

I give mad props to brian flores, he's only 40 years old and could have just let this slide and prob get a gig in a year or two but instead he said enough of this BS

I just said the other day white failure retreads like mcdaniels get jobs after jobs even declining jobs and getting another chance.

Guys like raheem morris? leslie frazier?

You'll always hear the white words "he doesn't interview well"
that ole "culture fit"

brign them pillars down samson :blessed:

How many black coaches get big time college jobs? What's the last black coach from college to jump straight to the nfl? Past few years you see it with matt rhule, kliff kingsbury.
