1 black coach out of 32 teams in a league in which 70% of the players are black is a disgrace and is disgusting.

And its a slap on the face to all of the NFL's black fans.

Forget the USA. There is no other sports league competition in the WORLD in which majority of the playing staff looks completely different from the coaching staff, management and ownership.

He was the Giants assistant coach/defensive coordinator in the late '70s until the early '90s. We won our first 2 Super Bowls with him and Bill Parcells as head coach.
