I'm the same with these... I saw this one a few days ago. A part of me is yelling "Everyone fukkin' SAID THIS IS WHAT WOULD HAPPEN", but fact is most people that voted for Brexit were incessently sold "alternative fact" reasons for leaving and are only just starting to realise that all the forecasts of doom and gloom weren't "Project Fear" but "Project Don't fukk The Country For All Our Children".
If the penny ever truly dropped over what has been done to the working classes in this country *with their gleeful consent* over the last 40 years the country would burn.
Its kinda fukked up, in our country the misinformation ushered in a 4 year fukk up. In the UK’s case their fukkup might have implications which last much longer than 4 years.

Said it before, but a lot of people over here spent the last 4 years laughing at Trump with their head in the sand about what has happened in the UK. Brexit was our Southern Border Wall... we didn't just build a few miles of ours and waste a load of time spinning gears on it either, we ringed the British Isles in a wall of red tape leaving the people at the mercy of a bunch of old-money capitalist vultures as fast as we possibly could.
You had about 5 years of rising nationalism, which has hopefully just been given its death blow. Our nationalists have been thumping their drums HARD for 5 or 6 years straight and they haven't been given a single rebuke at the polls. They got the referendum. They got more nationalist Tories elected every cycle. They even got No Deal Brexit and even with the real results of Brexit starting to hit and the worst COVID death rate in the world, Labour are moving NOWHERE in the polls. Tories hold the same gap they've had for years.
tl;dr We're already fukked, but apparently we signed up for a gangbang.
