Do you lift with good form
Do you eat properly
Do you stretch
Do you take vits
Do you properly recover

Sounds like you’re not giving yourself enough time to recover. Take some fish oil, use sleeves when you lift, stretch, and take glucosamine.

Basically this

There are supplements and protein with supplements but overtraining is the main key in my experience.

Literally take some time off or do some other type of low resistance training like swimming or bike riding

Oh yeah folks sleeping on how good swimming is for the joints. Or do like training camp in hop in an ice tub
