Sounds like your not giving yourself enough time to recover. Take some fish oil, use sleeves when you lift, stretch, and take glucosamine.

This is the correct answer people. To add on to this fish oil works wonders but you have to take it daily and the affects aren't noticeable until after a few weeks of consistent use, but it helps tremendously.

You should being taking a day or segment of your workout to exclusively work on strengthen joints...and yeah stretching is important as fukk not just at the beginning but through out...
