I heard somewhere that women are attuned to changes in emotional atmosphere.
So do things that make you happy. You gotta kinda go crazy in a way where you make fun of the descent in to depression, it's always going to be there and your main goal is keeping your head above water.
The fact you have the presence of mind to feel the depression, or energy depletion approaching us good. Feel it, but don't dwell on it.
Through presence of mind you will be able to stay aware while depression tears down your bodies good emotions. Then your consciousness will be able to separate the negative feelings from its identity.
Learned in therapy that your emotional states and your consciousness are not necessarily the same. My shrink had me sit on a couch and let my body posture express it's depression. Then I say on another couch and looked at who I was on couch a, in a depressed state.
Once your able to identify your depressive state as a state, and not who you are, your consciousness spikes instantly.
Depression is a state of mind and body, consciousness is your current awareness. Like going into the Zone in the video, with practice, I believe you can be able to close the door to depression and avoid it. But this requires incredible willpower.
I also think depression is itself an addiction, and is linked to our Thantos, death drive. But that's enough for my psedo-intellectual, smart dumb nikka psychology breakdown.
