First time listening, ain’t even know about this nikka. Gave Red Room a spin. He reminds me a lot of Dark Lo in terms of voice and the mood of his tracks. I fukks with it tho, honestly DC is so diverse for being so small that I feel this nikka is like the second iteration of the mood of the city.

Definitely captures the essence of the stay sharp, stay hip round the way DC nikka whereas my cousin RasNebyu captures the street wise conscious community in DC. The music scene is slowly starting to blossom, but like @Ardamus said the gentrifiers fukked up live music with noise ordinances in order to kill the GoGo scene and it’s stunted what should’ve been a huge growth gain in the music scene. Gentries make me sick....
