Don't know if it's the best but scentsplit.com and microperfumes.com are what most people use for decants.
Ebay is good but you run the risk of fakes.
If you're just getting your feet wet

I created a cart on perfuum but the site looked a little sketchy so I wanted to check with the brehs first. Decantx seems to have good prices.
Also be sure to check the MFR.
Sometimes it's cheaper to get a 2ml sample straight from the source. Decants usually 3x the price per ml. (and sometimes more..)
Yeah, I checked w/ MFR, but since I'm ordering about a dozen different samples it's better for me shipping wise to just get from one source.
My current cologne collection is too oud/evening/date night centric, so I'm in search of adding 2-3 everyday colognes.
