Decided to try African Leather and Plum in Cognac

I expected African Leather to be boring.


This shyt smells sexy as fukk!

I don't even smell leather. It's smells like a brown liquor with oud and saffron with some mysterious sexy shyt.

This smells like Animale Animale but more refined and sexy!

I like this a lil more than Sintra from Memo Paris.


*Plum in Cognac smells good but not as strong as I would like. I can smell the plum and cinnamon. I need to wear this more to fully get the sense of it.

Got this after seeing some reviews about how potent this is and it's comparison to Montale Intense Cafe.

I haven't smelled Intense Cafe before but this smells fire.

I used 2 oil drops and the lady at the reception desk at my doctor's appointment asked if I was wearing Angel and said I smelled amazing.

shyt has a strong Arabian coffee scent.

Off first whiff of that Ocean Bourbon & tryin' it out, shyt def on the sweeter side than it is a boozy kind of smell. You can definitely feel that vanilla. None of it over powering either but I almost wish it to be like a smidge stronger but that might change.

What that Dua Dude smell like?

That Citrus smack you in the face immediately. Fresh lime right from Malaysia type shyt. Real spicy and dry like. On first spray, I thought it was too much but once it settles in after about 10-15 mins? You get a nice lil wood smell. I get some hints of the tobacco but can't really grasp the rum like that. It wouldn't be a bad daily joint all year round give or take some real hot days. Lowkey, I'm starting to overdo it on the Citrus joints so it ain't really grabbing me like that. My lady wasn't diggin' it on me til it sat for a little.

That Ocean Bourbon though . Def a good date night type ish.

Wife already said she might jack me for it if I don't give her some lol. It's supposed to be unisex which makes sense since it's like really fukkin' sweet. But just enough marine notes and some of that sandalwood to balance it out after sitting for awhile. I don't know how I feel about either of their longevity though. Seen mfs talkin' about 8 hours, 10 hours, and I ain't seeing that at all. Maybe like 5-6 at best on a good day so far.

For me Longevity, projection, scent trail

1. Oud for Greatness/Oud for Glory - oud, and not a designer oud
2. Baccarat Rouge 540 - Cotton Candy
3. Sauvage Elixir - Licorice
4. Salt and Pepper - (Precious Liquids, shout out to CP Martini for the intel) Literally salt and pepper, like having putting your nose in a grinder while sitting by the sea.
5. Bois Noir (Ebene Fume clone - from Dua - Smells like Christmas Mass

Too much for daily use.

Just Longevity
Tobacco and Tonka Bean and Dark Cherry and Amber - Both cheapies from Banana Republic - these last and last and last. So much so that I get tired of em.
