I must be the only one that didn't like the end of the 3rd lord of the rings. I was expecting the big bad boss nikka in one final fight but instead that nikka got killed by throwing the ring in a volcano :beli:

I know they followed the books but

the living dead trilogy...

read roger ebert's review of night of the living dead...
I don'tthink i've seen the other two, but Night of the Living Dead is creepy as fukk.

Funny you say that. There was supposed to be a fight between Aragorn and Sauron during that final battle at Mordor, but the movie makers were like "holy fukk this is too awesome and gonna overshadow frodo taking the ring to the Volcano" and replaced it with Aragorn fighting the big ass troll.

it's not the whole fight though iirc.

It's not on Home Alone 1 & 2 lvl but that's mostly because it doesn't have that early 90s charm and the cast having to replace great characters with new ones. Put the OG characters and make it in 93-94 and it might be the best one :manny:

And how at least one movie is always subpar :snoop:

Iron Man 2&3 :trash:
Dark Knight Rises
Matrix Revoultions :wtb:
Hangover 2&3 :why:
Skyfall :dwillhuh:

List goes on and on... If you feel like there is a series that bucks the trend then speak on it

Rises don't belong in this list breh.

That Batman trilogy was pretty damn good. Overrated by a lot of people (mainly the second movie), but still pretty good.

The Bourne trilogy is also underrated. The third was my least favorite, but still entertaining and didn't ruin the trilogy.

Looking forward to the next Star Trek movie. I wasn't a Star Trek fan growing up, but the current first two movies have been great.

Toy Story trilogy is GOAT trilogy as far as consistent quality of all the movies.
