Brehs, I keep losing weight. Any suggestions for gaining weight?

I keep losing weight, like 15 pounds in 3 months (:whoa:...no HIV). Docs don't know what's up and say nothing is wrong with me. I guess I'm just not eating right.

How do y'all pack on pounds? I ain't trying to be all Soulja Boy for the rest of my life. I just wanna get to a reasonable weight

:huhldup: that's anorexic as shyt man. i'm 6'2 and was 165 like 2 years ago and looked like a skeleton.
dont know if ur working out or not but protein shakes/gainers help. i eat a shytload of food a day. for example, i wake up at 630, eat. around 830-9am i eat again. i go to the gym around noon when i come back i have a protein shake + a big lunch. around 230-3 i eat again, then around 6 i eat a big dinner, then i get hungry again around 9-10 and eat again. sometimes i sprinkle in a 2nd protein shake if i feel like it.
it takes discipline tho, when i started i was only eating prob 2-3 decent meals a day and i was used to eating like that, now im eating around the clock like a pregnant bytch
i'm 187 lbs now btw.

It's simple calories in vs calories out. You need to consume more calories every day, a lot more. Take your ass to Burger King and get a triple Whopper and fries and a drink. Do that a few times a week on top of eating more in general, and you'll gain weight. Also, lift some weights or workout some kind of way so it's not all fat you pack on.

I do need to work out more. I go like 2-3 times a week to the gym (no cardio....just weights). I drink protein shakes, but I guess I could up that too. Probably could work out better as well.

I dunno man, shyt's just fukked up. I was 160 3 months ago, nothing has really changed and I just keep losing this weight. My job is stressful, but shyt...not enough to make me lose 15 pounds...

Hopefully the docs can figure something out with the new blood work...hopefully it's nothing serious :lupe: (they don't seem too concerned though...maybe i need a new doc)
