that's anorexic as shyt man. i'm 6'2 and was 165 like 2 years ago and looked like a skeleton.
dont know if ur working out or not but protein shakes/gainers help. i eat a shytload of food a day. for example, i wake up at 630, eat. around 830-9am i eat again. i go to the gym around noon when i come back i have a protein shake + a big lunch. around 230-3 i eat again, then around 6 i eat a big dinner, then i get hungry again around 9-10 and eat again. sometimes i sprinkle in a 2nd protein shake if i feel like it.
it takes discipline tho, when i started i was only eating prob 2-3 decent meals a day and i was used to eating like that, now im eating around the clock like a pregnant bytch
i'm 187 lbs now btw.
