I bouhght the ps3 one with the piff soundtrack and openworld on a rail gameplay. I traded it in before getting to the final boss but that shyt was fun

13-2 was dope, fukking with them timelines was ILL.

To me, personally, the older games (VI/VII/VIII/IX/X) still outclass the newer styles but I like the new ones as well

Final Fantasy IV-X are the Golden Age of Final Fantasy. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Personally, I'd start with with IV or V if you were a new player. IV is probably the simplest for someone who doesn't play RPGs. V is best if you're more experienced playing RPGs. VI, VII and X are the best but save those for later. I wouldn't recommend playing VII unless you've gotten a good way through V.

U have no idea. When ff vii dropped on the original playstation. The entire gaming world was frozen for like an entire year.

It was like the best game ever created at that point in time

I didn't even have a playstation and walked in on some of my friends playing it. They were actually doing the KNights of the Round summon and I was like That weekend I went and copped the PS wit FF7. That shyt was the holy grail of gaming

final fantasy 13 had better graphics than 13-2.

Both games had mixed reviews, u either loved em or hated him



Final Fantasy X is my fav overall FF game

13 had an almost total lack of freedom, 13-2 not only gave us 'free' roaming but free realities

I haven't liked a single FF game since FFX. The new ones are total fukking the storyline was damn near incomprehensible on the new ps3 joint.

The best FF are FFVII, FFX, FFIX and that older one with Cecil. I thought FFVIII was underrated tho
