I'm in Montreal right now. Staying in Laval area with some childhood friends. Tho i may switch to a hotel tonight or tomorrow night since i got this tiny little haitian chick who i'd been chatting with on a haitian FB group and she wants the D badly. SHould have smashed yesterday. She showed up with no undewear on ready to go... but kids came home early

status for the past 5 years now at 255 lbs barely 5'10. But some women seem to love my flab so I'm not gonna argue with them 
THe chick im talking about she's a tiny little woman too. She's a body builder too and participates in body building competitions. You see her pics when she's flexing you'd think she was a comic superhero character who's arms and thighs were drawn on. Just cut everywhere. Again, she's a tiny woman. To say she's 5' even is being generous. I usually prefer taller women but i like her a lot. And apparently likes bigger brehs.
And again, im not gonna argue with her

Yeah me neither. But I need to get off my ass and lose the weight, tho. Not only do I think I look sloppy but I feel sloppy. They can keep calling me handsome all they want but in my head I feel I look like shyt.Lmao

How do you do it??? Massive weight loss has never happened for me. Only time I lost more than 20 lbs was when I quit my job in 2008 and was going to the gym 3-4 times a week. We t from 240 to 222 in a few months (say 6).I lose like 50 to 60 every year then again that shyt back......don't get me started
I know part of it is my own laziness and my eating habits. I often fast early in the day until 2 and eat late.
I used a TDEE calculator on bodybuilding.com
Cut calorie intake by 500 to 1000 per day
So I eat 1500 a day (I probably should eat 2000 a day but I like when I lose the weight fast)
Exercise 7 days a week and I burn about 600 to 900 calories a day via exercise... depending on what I do.
It's easy once you figure out what works for you

Check reddit weight loss section too
I stick to the pescatarian lifestyle cause it helps me avoid fast food and food that easily temp me.
Plus I read a lot of health books and I'm lowkey scared of meat (pause)
