If I get frustrated or angry before the gym it makes tougher to focus on reps and controlling the weight. But sometimes that anger has me going beast mode.

Depends on the day I guess.

Effects me.If i got some shyt on my mind i can't get shyt done like i usually do and i'll tap out early.
