Brehs? You seeing the same gains if you're working out happy/mad/sad?
What about your mental capacities? Do y'all think this has any effect on your workouts? I'm debating trying a Nootropic supplement as part of my daily workout regimen, anyone tried this?

Surely. I'm with y'all on that. But have y'all heard of these supplements 'Nootropics'? Piracetam in particular? @diggy

Personally never did for me, but they are definetly people that got to be in the right mind set when working out or else they can't do it basically.

Try to let whatever I'm feeling fuel my workouts.

Positive/negative state of mind I haven't really noticed the difference.

What I mean with this thread is--does anyone take any 'smart' supplements for their workouts? IE Acetyl L Carnitine Piracetiam?
