Leg press 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 starting out at 350 and adding 10 to each set. I add in calves in between each set with the same weight
Leg extension 15,12, 10, 8, 6 starting 130 and add 20 to each set
Leg curls 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 starting 110 and 20 to each set
And some little machine for the glutes that I do the same exact thing for leg curls.
You hit so many muscles with the leg press. Wish I could still do squats but I have a bad knee from college football
