Man, woman, and child
Leg press 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 starting out at 350 and adding 10 to each set. I add in calves in between each set with the same weight
Leg extension 15,12, 10, 8, 6 starting 130 and add 20 to each set
Leg curls 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 starting 110 and 20 to each set
And some little machine for the glutes that I do the same exact thing for leg curls.

You hit so many muscles with the leg press. Wish I could still do squats but I have a bad knee from college football

This was my leg workout yesterday.
All barbell squats.
135 lbs. x 10 reps
135 lbs. x 10 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 7 reps
225 lbs. x 5 reps

I was trying for 10 sets of 225 lbs at 7 reps, but in the 9th set, I could only get in 5.

Low Bar Squats x 3 sets
Barbell Front Squats x 3 sets
(Leg Press x 3 sets) - probably every 2nd leg day
Hamstring curls x 3 sets
Seated Calf Raises x 3 sets
Standing Calf Raises x 3 sets
Barbell Hip Thrusters x 3 sets
Hip Abductor Machine x 3 sets

Barbell hip thrusters are :wow:
